Specialising in anonymous photography of everyday people, with a dark, erotic overtone.

I'm Chris, a photographer based in Gloucestershire in the South-West Midlands, UK with a keen interest in the erotic arts and the medium of photography in general.

A sufferer of depression and anxiety for many years, photography has always been my escape, and when I discovered the personal and almost healing quality of working with other people who wanted to explore themselves by working with me, I was hooked.

While working with someone the fuzz of the world disappears, there is a sense of true calm. I have someone before me that has invited me to join them on their own journey, trusting me to create something beautiful using them as the canvas, adjusting the lights and shadows to allow them to express themselves and have something meaningful to cherish from it; it's a true privilege.

what's with the name, 3vil?

That's an easy one, when I started this adventure I wanted the shortest domain name I could find, and while playing with letter and number combinations this one popped up. Sadly it's not any more meaningful than that, but it does intrigue.

want to model?

I prides myself on being able to work with amateurs and seasoned-professionals alike, with many of my photos being anonymous and of everyday people, many on their first ever shoot; if you're willing, open minded and can appreciate a dark aesthetic, it may be a liberating experience for you.

commission pieces

At the moment I don't often have much time for commissions, though may be interested in certain collaborations.

Private shoots - I love doing what I do, ending up with photos I can use in my own portfolio. Though sometimes someone wants the experience of a shoot to then keep the shots just for themselves, something I can do for a fee, but that I don't do very often.
